Sitting Arrangement in Circle - Facing In-Out - Logical Reasoning

Here is The Sitting Arrangement Asked in SBI PO Preliminary Exam. In this is sitting arrangement people are seated in a circular table and some of them are facing in while remain are facing out.In this type of arrangement difficulty is that you have to think from both side, when he facing in or when he facing out.
