Hello Friends,
Here is the Daily Vocabulary. In this post you can get ten words with its meaning in English, Hindi and Gujarati language. You can also get image with each word that shows its meaning so that you can easily understand the word and remember it with that given image. You can also get one Sentence using the given word. Learn the word and make your own sentences on the basis of the given word and its image. As all of you know that vocabulary is an important to learn and understand English subject for any competitive exams so this will helpful for you to deal with all kinds of questions in exams.




1. Adversity
  • a difficult or unpleasant situation.
  • विपत्ति, दुर्भाग्य, मुसीबत
  • પ્રતિકૂળતા, પડતી દશા
  • Resilience in the face of adversity.



2. Breach
  • an act of breaking or failing to observe a law, agreement, or code of conduct.
  • उल्लंघन, दरार, विच्छेद
  • ભંગ, ઉલ્લંઘન, ભંગાણ
  • A breach of confidence.



3. Stoop
  • bend one's head or body forwards and downwards.
  • बंदगी, झुकाव, प्रणाम, अपमानित होना
  • He stooped down and reached towards the coin.



4. Meddle (મેડડલ)
  • interfere in something that is not one's concern.
  • हस्तक्षेप करना, दखल देना
  • વચ્ચે પડવું, હસ્તક્ષેપ કરવું
  • I don't want him meddling in our affairs.



5. Reverence
  • deep respect for someone or something.
  • श्रद्धा, आदर, सम्मान, भक्ति
  • આદર, પૂજ્યભાવ
  • Rituals showed honour and reverence for the dead.



6. Buffoonery (બૂફૂનરી)
  • behaviour that is ridiculous but amusing.
  • तमाशा, मसख़रापन
  • પરિહાસ, વિદૂષકવેડા, ઠઠ્ઠાબાજી
  • The film is full of wordplay and buffoonery.



7. Patriotism
  • the quality of being patriotic; vigorous support for one's country.
  • देश प्रेम, देश-भक्ति, राष्ट्र-भक्ति जन्मभूमि का अभिमान
  • દેશભક્તિ
  • A highly decorated officer of unquestionable integrity and patriotism.



8. Abode
  • a place of residence; a house or home.
  • निवास, वास, घर
  • ઘર, રહેઠાણ
  • My humble abode.



9. Bruise
  • an injury appearing as an area of discoloured skin on the body, caused by a blow or impact rupturing underlying blood vessels.
  • चोट, खरोंच, कुचलन
  • ગોબો કે દાંતો, સોળ, ચકામું
  • His body was a mass of bruises after he had been attacked.



10. Elicit
  • evoke or draw out (a reaction, answer, or fact) from someone.
  • प्रकाश में लाना, निकालना, प्राप्त करना
  • બહાર કાઢો, બીજા પાસેથી કઢાવવું, અજ્ઞાત આવડત શક્તિ બહાર કાઢવી
