Hello Friends,
Here is the Daily Vocabulary. In this post you can get ten words with its meaning in EnglishHindi and Gujarati language. You can also get image with each word that shows its meaning so that you can easily understand the word and remember it with that given image. You can also get one Sentence using the given word. Learn the word and make your own sentences on the basis of the given word and its image. As all of you know that vocabulary is an important to learn and understand English subject for any competitive exams so this will helpful for you to deal with all kinds of questions in exams.



1. Counter (કાઉન્ટર)
a small disc used in board games for keeping the score or as a place marker.
गणित्र , विरोध करना , गणनाफलक

"The counter tells you how many pictures you have taken"






2. Dismal
causing a mood of gloom or depression.
निराशाजनक , उदास , भयानक

3. Exasperation
a feeling of intense irritation or annoyance.
खीज , क्रोध , रोष , गुस्सा

"She rolled her eyes in exasperation"





4. Meander (મીન્ડર)
(of a river or road) follow a winding course.
विसर्प , चक्कर , भूल भुलैया
વાંકુંચૂકું ચાલવું
"A river that meandered gently through a meadow"



5. Ominous
giving the worrying impression that something bad is going to happen; threateningly inauspicious.
अमंगल , अशुभ , मनहूस
અપશુકનિયાળ , અનિષ્ટસૂચક
"There were ominous dark clouds gathering overhead"





6. Pertinent
relevant or applicable to a particular matter; apposite.
उचित , योग्य , मुनासिब
પ્રખ્યાત , પ્રસ્તુત , પ્રસંગાનુરૂપ
"She asked me a lot of very pertinent questions"



7. Recluse
a person who lives a solitary life and tends to avoid other people.
वैरागी , संन्यासी , एकान्तवासी
વેગ બદલો , એકાંતવાસી , યતિ
"She has turned into a virtual recluse"


8. Sabotage (સાબોટાજ)
deliberately destroy, damage, or obstruct (something), especially for political or military advantage.
तोड़-फोड़ , तोड़-फोड़ की हरकत , नुक़सान पहुंचाना
તોડફોડ , ભાંગફોડ , ઇરાદાપૂર્વક કરેલી ભાંગફોડ

9. Tactic
an action or strategy carefully planned to achieve a specific end.

10. Uncanny (અનસીની)
strange or mysterious, especially in an unsettling way.
अलौकिक , प्रारब्धिक , रहस्यमय

"An uncanny feeling that she was being watched"
