1.) 7 April is observed as World Health Day. The theme for this year is “Universal health coverage: everyone, everywhere” and the slogan is “Health for All”.
2.) A professor of the University of Hyderabad has discovered two new languages- ‘Walmiki and Malhar’. These languages are spoken in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha.
3.) Tamil Nadu government has launched the bi-lingual “Uzhavan” (farmer) app that will allow ryots to have access to nine types of services.
